How do I access the Vetiva Securities Online Portal?
The Online portal can be accessed through the following link:
http://https://www.vetivatrader.com/
How do I login?
Launch the online portal
Enter your
Login ID
Enter your Password
Click Sign In
What username should I log in with?
Your username is your Account ID
What username should I log in with?
Your username is your Vetiva Securities Account ID
How do I retrieve my Login ID?
To retrieve your Login ID, please send an email to Info@vetiva.com or call +23414617521
How do I reset my Password?
Launch the Vetiva Securities online portal
Click the Forgot Password Link
Enter your Login ID
Click on Submit
Check your mailbox for a password reset notification email containing a default password. You will be required to change the default password upon first login.
How do I view my Account Statement for a particular period?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Investments tab, click Account
Specify the Start Date of the account statement
Specify the End Date of the account statement
Click OK
How do I view my Portfolio Holdings?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Investments tab, click Portfolio Holdings
How do I view my Certificates?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Investments tab, click Certificates
Specify the Start Date
Specify the End Date
Click OK
How do I view my Portfolio Account Summary per Stock?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Investments tab, click Portfolio Summary
How do I Trade?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Trade Tab, click Trade
Select the Action, Buy or Sell
Enter the details of the transaction
Click Preview Order and then confirm
What are the trading hours?
The trading hours are between 10.30am and 2.30pm
What happens if I carry out a transaction outside the trading hours?
Purchase or sale of equities can only be carried out during trading hours. Trades carried out outside this time will not be executed
What is Trade History?
Trade History shows a view of all previously placed orders. This view also specifies which orders have been completed, open, closed or executed
How do I view my Trade History?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Trade tab, click Trade History
Select Open, Rejected or Cancelled orders to view their respective history
How do I view my Portfolio Transactions?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Trade tab, click Portfolio Transactions
How do I view Purchase Contract Notes?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Trade tab, click Purchase Contract Notes
Specify the Start Date
Specify the End Date
Click OK
How do I request Treasury Bills?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Fixed Income tab, click Treasury Bills
Enter the transaction details
Click Submit
How do I update my account information?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
Click on My Profile
On the My profile tab, click on Profile
Update your informartion
Click on save

What is Market Data?
Market Data shows the real-time prices of active stocks available for trade on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for the day.
How do I view Market Stats?
Login to your Vetiva Securities account on the online portal
On the Research tab, click Market Stats
Filter the stats by selecting Gainers or Losers from the dropdown list

How long does it take to receive proceeds from trade (stocks sold)?
It takes 3 days after the trade has been carried out to receive proceeds: (T+3).
Is there a maximum amount for a trade?
There is no maximum amount for a trade as long as your account balance is sufficient to carry out the proposed trade
